I ordered this bar cabinet for my husband for Christmas. It came in 3 boxes. 2 of them were BIG. I decided the gift would look nicer assembled with a bow, so I just assembled it last night. There were a lot of pieces to sort through, but the instructions were relatively easy to follow. Only 1 typo, figured it out from the picture. You need to remember to read the text in the directions because there is more direction in the writing than just following the pictures like you do with simpler furniture. Following the directions, all of the pieces fit together with no issues. Every hole was perfect. It is a solid piece of furniture. Some heavy pieces to hold while trying to line up the pins, so having 2 people during assembly is helpful. Took a few hours to get it together.

I hesitated to buy a piece of furniture site unseen, but have shopped extensively for a bar cabinet and could not find one I liked without spending a fortune. This is a much nicer quality than I expected and had more storage space than I expected, as well. I didn't find it difficult to put together at all....but it was time consuming. I put on a couple of good movies, opened a bottle of wine, and prepared to spend the evening with my Allen wrench and screw driver. I would suggest putting it together in the room where it will abide, as it is quite heavy when finished and took some effort to move.

Shipping was faster than i expected. the bar takes a couple hours to assemble but when i finished i was very impressed with it. my buddies are going to love it. It was definitely one of my best purchases.
